How to Do the Injection

There are multiple spots you can chose for your injection. The easiest and most convenient injection site is the belly. The belly is directly in your line of sight and it has ample padding for the injection. The other good thing about the belly as the injection site is that you can alternate from left to right side each week. With the GLP-1 you will only administer 1 shot per week. Its a good practice to have a clean injection site typically after bathing. Pick a side of your belly as the picture shows. Then use a cotton ball with a good amount of rubbing alcohol applied to it. The cotton ball should feel wet to the injection site area. Let the injection site dry after applying the cotton ball and then proceed with your injection.
